Service Description

Beginner classes are designed for "first time" students, first grade and up. This class meets once a week for one hour and provides the beginner student with the basic knowledge of gymnastics. The primary goals are for your child to learn all the basic body positions, movement vocabulary, gym etiquette and what the sport of gymnastics is all about.
